MEMBERSHIP
Section 1. REQUIREMENTS
Membership in LSIG, LLC as described in this document shall have the same interchangeable meaning as “Manager” or “Shareholder” of the LLC.
Membership in LSIG, LLC shall be open to all alumni brothers and active brothers of the Kappa Sigma Epsilon and Kappa Sigma Kappa Fraternity that are in good standing with their respective active or alumni chapter.
There will be two types of membership in LSIG, LLC. These two types of membership will be “Common Members” and “Preferred Members”. Common Members are defined as those members that have made a non-refundable financial contribution to LSIG, LLC in an amount between $100.00 and $249.99. Preferred Members are defined as those members that have made a non-refundable financial contribution to LSIG, LLC in an amount $250.00 or more.fake watches
Common Members rights shall be limited to listening and participating in discussion at annual meetings and other shareholder/member meetings. Common members will not be allowed to vote in elections or vote on business that is being conducted at these meetings. Common Members will not have the right to be nominated or hold office.
Preferred Members rights include listening and participating in discussion at annual meetings and other shareholder/member meetings. Preferred members will have the right to vote in elections as well as vote on or discuss business that is being conducted at these meetings.
The certificates cannot be redeemed for the original amount contributed and offer NO future investment value.
