Who We Are

• In June of 2018 a group of concerned KSE Alumni joined together in an effort to raise awareness and funding to purchase the Chapter House in Alfred.
• Lion Share Interest Group, LLC (LSIG) was formed and promoted to our alumni as a way to give back to Kappa Sigma Epsilon to further solidify our permanency in Alfred.
• Over the next 24 months more and more alumni gathered and contributed to the effort to make this a reality.
• Today we have over 157 member contributors that have raised enough money to purchase the property unencumbered (without a mortgage) and have begun the much needed maintenance, repairs and improvements to bring this property to its original function and beauty.
• We have installed steel beams in the basement to support the first floor, new tankless water heater, four new bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled, house is 100% painted black & White on four sides, new exit and emergency lights throughout, new Wi-Fi system throughout.  We are only getting started there’s so much more to do!
• As we move forward, we are looking to add more contributing membership to fund and/or perform some of the crucial repairs.

• We meet every 3rd Tuesday @ 7PM EST on a gotomeeting platform to discuss ongoing house and active chapter issues.  We are encourage all brothers to get involved at some level.
